This one's called Heros Pose; perfect for you! You're going to start like this, then start to lay back on your back, still sitting on your knees.
You should feel this stretch in your feet, knees, and especially your upper leg.

Now, I'm going to help you stretch. Lay down on your back, and I'm going to cross your right leg over your left leg. You should feel it in your lower back.
