- At the canteen
- As much as I am enjoying my time working. I still feel like they are taking advantage of us, in terms of paying for overtime.
- That is what I noticed too, but either way we can try and involve the union at least for a proper way foward.
- I hear you guys, i will really try my best, as we know negotiations sometimes do not actually go as planned.
- At the canteen
- We appreciate, you taking your time to listen to what we have to say. As you know this issue has been going on for quite some time now, and that overtime rate is really needed.
- At the boardroom
- I hear you, and i really understand your concern, but looking at this issue I really doubt we can solve this right away. As there are procedures that need to be followed when dealing with these issues.
- Good day guys, as stated in the email i sent earlier on.I would appreciate it if we started discussing a way fowrad.
- The employees are sort of having a small talk on how they will work hand in hand with the shop steward to solve their issue.
- At the boardroom
- Actually that is not the case at all, at that time i was thinking of an offer that would also benefit the company as well.So now that is all settled do we have a deal??
- Good day once more,I am really getting the feeling that the last time we had a meeting like this you were just trying to de-motivate your workers and the uninon on trying to do what is right.

- After the issues were discussed the only thing left to do, was to let the shop steward know and formulate a strategy.
- At the canteen
- The shop steward managed to schedule a meeting with the upper house of the company so that the negotiations can start.
- At the boardroom
- Much obliged my good sir.
- Since the first negotiations did not somewhat go as planned, there had to be more plannig and a lot to be discussed.
- I guess i will have to notify the employees aboout the offer then get back to you as soon as possible.
- The negotiations were now nearing to a close, so the steward had to give feedback to the employees so that they choose what is going to be best for them
- Okay guys we managed to get an offer, so i'm only left with your decisions so we can finalize the deal.
- Everything finalized.
- Well the guys accepted the deal so at least everything is all settled.
