- Athens Wins a Marathon
- Greek City-States Join Together
- FOR GREECE!!
- The Greeks were horridly divided, until the Persians invaded. The enormous Persians threatened to go to war with them, and in protection of their freedom, they decided to put aside their differences. The Greeks rebelled under Persian rule, and won the war.
- Athens Lead the Delian League
- When the persians try to invade again, the people of Athens are prepared. The persians were so confident that they didn't give their best, thus when the Athenians pushed back, the persians were surprised and sailed away on their ships.
- The Greek City-States set aside their differences, and once and for all defeated the Persians! Their unity gave them the much-needed ability to defeat the Persians, and they stayed unified for quite a while after that.#160;
- The Athenians were kind of like the superior of the Delian League, they were the head of it. However, power can do horrid things to people, and the Athenians took advantage of the power, and abused it. Thus, breaking the Delian League.#160;
