- Ashley leaves her home for the morning and heads out to her favorite spot before work.
- She stops by her local coffee shop to get a cup to start her morning.
- While waiting to receive her coffee, she realizes she enjoys the song the coffee shop is playing in the background. She has never heard the song before and is interested in hearing it again later.

- I've gotta share this amazing song with the girls!
- She opens up Spotify and goes to the song identifier feature. She lets Spotify listen to the song and within several seconds, the name of the song and artist is displayed. She saves the song to one of her playlists.
- After getting her coffee, she goes to the subway to get to work. She wants to listen to the song she saved from the coffee shop, so she opens up Spotify again.
- At the office, she can't get enough of the song so she listens to it once more before she starts her tasks. She is also eager to share the song with her groups of friends.
