- As the war was declared between the Israelites and the philistines Saul drew up the battline.

- Goliath demands someone to stand up and fight him. Goliath says " if you win I will be you subjects but if I win You will be my sybjects.

- The Philistines took his stand for forty days every morning and night.
- The isralites and philistines lined up for battle and did there wall cries
- When Davids older brother, Eliab saw David talking with the men he straight away burned into anger and new how coincided David was he new that he only came down here to watch the battle.
- Saul said to david you are not going to be able to fight this philitsine he is big and strong and has been a warrior since he was very little.

- As Goliath moves closer to David to attack David does the same. David pulls our a rock and sling shots it at Goliath and he falls onto the ground.

- David killed him. he walks over and cut his head off with his sword. When the Philistines saw that there hero was dead they ran.
