- Gem lives in a world that is made up by different color tribes. The people in the Purple Plains tribe have purple eyes, the people in the White Woods have white eyes, and so on. All the tribes live in peace. Gem is a regular girl living in the Green Grooves.
- Mentor
- News arrives at Green amor es that the Pink Pillars had fallen and the entire Pink tribe has gone missing. No one knew what had happened. Until, the Blue Barricades were attacked by an unknown Grey tribe. They described this tribe as lacking all color and joy. They warned the other tribes that this Grey entity wanted to destroy all color.
- Crossing the Treshold
- Gem knows what she has to do. She must find this entity's origin and destroy their origin crown. Gem is hesitant to leave her family and friends, but refuses to see the world' colors be destroyed.
- Test/Allies/Enemies
- As Gem prepares to leave Green Groove and travel to find the Grey's origin, one of the Green Goblins sees her and inquires about her ambitions. Gem explains her situation and how she wants to find the Grey's origin. The Green Goblin tries to convince her not to go, but is unsuccessful. He explains that if she is to go she would need to take a Green Goblet, which would help lead her to her journal's end.
- After gathering information form the Blue Barricaeds, she has to travel to the Multicolored Markets. Gem and Gary, her Green Goblet, travel to the Multicolored Market and talk to a Multicolored Merchant, who tells Gem that the Grey tribe resides in the Rainbow Ruins. The duo travel to the Rainbow Ruins and cross the threshold .
- Gary...
- Once Gem arrives in the Rainbow Ruins, she sees a person from Green Groves. After listening to the peoples conversations, she figures out that the Grey tribe consists of different people from the color tribes that have turned on their tribes.
