  • In the movie inside out, the main character Riley suffers from depression and doesn't know how to deal with it. Max is in a similar situation. He has been feeling really down recently, not sleeping or eating well but he is looking for ways to combat the problem. Let's see if he finds some.
  • Sleep is a good option to use when depressed as it gives someone more energy, helps you to deal with stress more easily, and helps you to consolidate good memories and experiences, putting you in a positive frame of mind when you wake up.
