  • One of the two of you may become king may the battle BEGIN!
  • The Saxons
  • The Normans
  • When The Saxons ran up the mountain they felt tired then .they got even more tired when they ran again when The Normans retreated them.
  • The Saxons (Harold Hadrada's army)came back from a battle (with Harold Godwinson) and are preparing for another battle. They were walking up a mountain with 7000 men. After that, The Saxons were interfering William by killing innocent people in the town of Yorkshire... the town was invaded.The Normans(Williams army) were already prepared.
  • Why?
  • The Normans pretended to retreat and their tactic surprisingly worked. They turned around and quickly shot them with a bow and arrow.
  • Who
  • The Normans won!
  • Fortunately,Harold died; and arrow got shot in his eye some of his army ran off because they ddn't want to get shot too but some of them carried on fighting.
