THE REVISION CLASS (MODAL VERBS)

- DEFINATION: A verb that is normally used with other verbs to convey likelihood such as "SHOULD" which is expected that something will happen. Other examples of modal verbs are "CAN" which is the ability to do something and also "MIGHT" which is to showcase that probability that something will happen.

- I thought I saw you in revision class today but I didn't. What happened?
- Oh! I could have been to class but I decided not to come because it was a waste of time.
- That's awful!. You should be present in class because Mr. Lim was revising our final year exams by giving us tips. 
- Oh really? You should have texted me then.
- Are you serious? You thought class was a waste of time and now you expected me to text you? How might I remember all this? 
- Yes you are right. I'm so sorry. I should have thought about it before skipping the revision class.
- It's okay. I'm sorry if I'm rude too. You might want to tell Mr. Lim about this and apologize to him since he wanted everyone to attend this revision class.
- Yes you are right. I ought to say sorry to Mr. Lim right now.
