- Hanna is an employee at a business in his home state of Colorado. She has been an employee at her store for 3 years now. One day, her boss randomly came up to her and told her that she was out of a job. Her boss said it is part of a restructure of the company due to our changes to the technological aspect of the company.
- Structural
- Hanna went on to find another job in the interent technology business. She went on to become a shift supervisior at local clothing shop. This job only lasted about 3 months.
- One day, Hanna boss came up to her to say that because the company is not where it wants to be economically, Hanna is being let go of his job. She says it has to do with the company not being at the peak of production.
- Cyclical
- Hanna went on to get another job for the summer with a gardening company. Unfortunately, since this job was just seasonal, it only lasted about 3 months.
- Seasonal
- Since Hanna no longer has a job with an employer, he is currently at home sitting between jobs.
- Frictional
- Hanna wanted to apply for a job to become a construction worker, but at the interview her wage would be much lower anticipated. She was offered a job but politely declined the offer.
- Voluntary
- Hanna wants to become a transportation engineer. However, the demand for this job is very high, and the wages are very low-meaning this would not be a good job for Hanna to keep.
