  • Forces in collisions
  • good and bad forces are the forces that help or hinder us in achieving a aim or goal.
  • Friction
  • Introducing Friction!
  • we measure forces using a spring balance wich measures the weight of an object then transfers the weight into newtons.
  • Surface friction
  • in a collision either the car stops and your body keeps moving or the car begins moving but your body stays behind, these are examples of enertia
  • Mass friction
  • Friction is the amount of speed loss when two object rub against each other and interlock into the tiny bumps on each object.
  • the smoother a surface is the less friction occurs between the surface and the object because the microscopic bumps are much flatter and smoother and the rougher surface's bumbs are larger and taller.
  • The more gravity there is the more the microscopic bumps of an object interlock.
