- Meeting takes place and employees raise the wage increase concern
- I will meet the union with the list of demands and request a meet with management

- Shop steward notifies the union official about the workers’ demands.
- The workers are adamant and say they will strike if demands are not met.
- I have schedule a meeting with management for 1pm tomorrow.
- Role of the Shop steward: A shop steward is a representative of union members in a particular workplace. The duties of a shop steward range from representing workers to taking up grievances such as unfair dismissals and discrimination.
- Union representative meets with the employer and brings the employee's demands to their attention.
- The workers are not going to be happy
