A day in the life of the President

- Hi! My name is Barack Obama, President of the United States of America. This is the United States Capitol Building where I work. Today, I have many things to do.
- Congratulations to the newest members our armed forces. These men and women are helping to keep us safe.
- I planned on making China a very good trip.
- This is President Barack Obama. He is the leader of our nation. Today he has a very important meeting with governors of states to discuss new policies about the nation's security and education. He is very eager to share his ideas with everyone, but he is also looking forward to hear their responses. Because he is in charge of everyone in our country, he is always thinking of ways to improve our lives and keep us safe. Before his meeting he will meet with new graduates of the United States Arms forces to congratulate them. He is in charge of them, too. After that, he plans to get information from members of his party about matters concerning the big meeting today. His is the leader of his party.
- As you can tell, our leader is a very busy person. He congratulates the armed force members and is ready for the rest of his very busy day.
- Here he is talking to members of his party at the ending of this meeting. He is telling one member what he plans to talk about next week when he will visit China. He speaks to other countries on behalf of America. He is our Chief diplomat. Following the end of this meeting, he will meet with the governors. The country can only run best if all the elected officials work together. The president always work together with these officials, and they help him to keep control of things. The President is always a busy man, He has a very hard job of making sure everything is going well in the country. He represents all the citizens. He is the Chief citizen. He has to do all his tasks well for the good of everyone in our country. Thanks to our President for all his hard work.
