  • As the couple of last months of school went by, I completely disregarded all things school related. I got caught in an obstructive and harmful cycle of reliving the same day over everyday. I went weeks without going out and socializing.

  • In march our couple weeks off was finally announced that school would be closed for the remainder of the year.
  • I didn't realize how much school structured my life and wasn't expected to be affected by it.
  • Eh, I'll miss seeing some people but at least no school!

  • I passed my time baking and eating food, whether it was healthy or not. I stay home alone with my younger brother so I'd cook for the both of us.
  • I watched A LOT of Netflix. Together with an average screen time of 9 hours a day on my phone, I spent a lot of time at home by myself. Except it didn't bother me as much as it should have.
  • To get out of the environment inside my house I decided to paint and draw outside everyday to be in a different environment. It helped me clear my head. I also got into contact with more people. However I now realized everytime i went out, my palms would instantly get clammy and i was always very nervous
  • Something so big and mysterious as a new worldwide disease caught everyone off guard and affected a lot of peoples mental health. It's important to check up on people who may seem ok on the outside but are actually having 100 thoughts per minute inside their head. Together we can overcome many things.
  • Once things started opening up and we were able to go out more I slowly started going out more and got more involved with school work. Except while doing all of these things I now had this new and powerful feeling of anxiety.
