- On the 5th of Januaray,King Edward The Confesser dies. He is in his bed beside his faithful followers, including Harold.
- During the Battle off Hastings, the Normans kill king Harold by getting an arrow in his eye and being hacked down by a Norman knight. Now Harold is dead, the battle of hastings is over.

- After William and his army arrive in Pevensey, England, On the 28th of September he decides to attack before the Battle of Hastings begin on the 14th of October 1066.
