- In order to prioritize my time I will use the urgent/important matrix. In order to make the best use of my time . First on my to do list is to complete the activities in the urgent and important category because these are critical issues
- Having a daily plan and committing to it can help you stay focused on the priorities of that particular day. In order to do so I will use a productivity journal to prioritize and plan my tasks, then check them off once completed

- When a crisis occurs, it is important for me to have a plan in place to overcome it. The key to successfully handling a crisis is to move quickly and decisively, but carefully.
- DE-CLUTTER To manage time and be productive you need an effective workplace.-get rid of clutter, create a filing system, have essential tools handy, and manage your workflow
