- A woman named Mom Luby adopted two children and lived together for three years!! The girls name is Arlethia (Puddin') and the boy named Elijah.
- Unfortunately, money was scarce, and they sought help from the Child Welfare Agency for money. So, Mom Luby went to the agency to receive and got through but in order to get the help; a representative came to see if the environment for the children was healthy.
- It was busy in the speakeasy, and everything was running smoothly until...........
- This mysteries woman, shows up at Mom Luby's door. She knocks twice but a third time it is answered.
- Elijah went to go see who was at the door. Then the mystery woman introduces herself.

- Good afternoon. I am Ms. Rushmore of the Department of Child Welfare, Bureau of Family Assistance. Is Ms. Luby home?
