She believed that neurosis could be attributed to the relationships with others. She says that one is free when they are by themselves. My example is that I would have been fine just doing my own thing, but the other person who is the coach is causing the neurosis for me, which is stressing me out.
I would have been happy just existing by myself doing this but now I am stressed because the coach is yelling at me!
