- In this scene, Old Major tells all the animals about the dream he had last night. He speaks of rebelling against the human and creating a world just for animals.
- Boxer's Inspiration
- after old majors death. The animals rebel against Jones and his men by breaking into the store shed. Jones and his men whip them but are met with fierce resistance.
- Animals Learning
- The pigs paint the Seven Commandments and the name Animal Farm on the barn wall. They are the principles of Animalism and are painted in big words for everyone to see.
- Battle of the Cowshed
- Attack!
- Boxer adopts the maxim of I will work harder and is an inspiration and motivation to every animal on the farm.
- I will work harder.
- Look at Boxer.
- So inspirational.
- Snowball starts programs that will teach all of the animals how to read. There are varying levels of success with Muriel the goat being one of the best readers.
- A, B, C, D...
- E, F, G, H...
- Jones and many other farmers storm Animal Farm to retake it. They are forced to give up when they see the united army of the animals.
