- hey! my name is Sana from 9A and the man next to me is George Washington. The first US president.
- hello! I'll be talking about myself today so you can pass your history test.
- I was born on February 22, 1732. My parents were plantation owners in Virginia. My father died when I was 11 and I became the man of the house, helping my mother take care of the farm.
- In December 1752, I, who had no previous military experience, was made a commander of the Virginia militia. I saw action in the French and Indian War and was eventually put in charge of all of Virginia’s militia forces. By 1759, I had resigned my commission, returned to Mount Vernon and was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses, where I served until 1774. I then married my wife but had no children.
- My most commemorated achievement was when I was commander of the American Revolution. With my tactics, the Americans won against their captors, the British. One of the most known incident in this war was the Boston Tea Party, where tonnes of tea was thrown into the harbor by the Americans in rebellion.
- I vote for George Washington as the first president.
- After we won the war, I was elected as president of the newly instated United States of America and served two terms before dying on the night of December 14, 1799 at the age of 67.
