- The story starts with Jim meeting the captain at the Admiral Benbow.
- Admiral Benbow
- You there, have you seen a man with one leg anywhere?
- No sir, I haven't
- Jim talks with the Captain about his money
- Sir, you must give my sick father what you owe him.
- I will, if you get me one more glass of rum.
- The captain dies and Jim and his mother take advantage
- This is the second death, including father's
- Captain R.I.P
- I know son but now that the captains gone his money is unattended
- Jim and his mother look through the captain's chest
- Jim we must hurry, take the money. I hear them coming
- Mother, we have found the money!
- The blind man ransacks the room looking for the money
- Bill's dead and only the money is left
- Where is the map?
- That boy from the inn took the map. We must find him!
- Jim realizes that he must go to Dr. Livesey
- Admiral Benbow
- I must go to Dr. Livesey, this map is important
