- (See stranger drop bottle) Hey what this? (Picks up bottle and shakes head in disappointment) It's so embarrassing that people do stuff to harm the Earth. My name is De’ Mari and I'm going to talk to you about climate change. Is it me or it humid today? (Throws bottle into the garbage)
- (Bottles comes flying) where did this bottle come from? That’s one reason that we have climate change. Stuff like water bottles, fossil fuels. These items will get burned which will cause air pollution to the environment. Which is known as climate change. (Drops water bottle on the ground).
- What are some ways you can prevent climate change? Firstly, you can use turn off lights when not using them. (Turns light switch off) Use a fan instead of using the AC. It helps you conserve more energy. (Turns AC off and Turns on Fan).
- You may be wondering how climate change affects us. If we don’t stop climate change this is the stuff that will happen more heat stress increase in waterborne diseases, poor air quality, and diseases transmitted by insects and rodents. As the climate continues to rise, the land will start to degrade and sink. The reason climate change increase fast is because of all the nutrients getting pulled out. Ways to fix these problems are using reuse water bottles juice bottles. (Shows reusable water bottle and Juice bottle) make sure when your done put them recycle (throws juice and water bottles into recycle bin).
- Climate change effects the animals for example Polar bear could go extinct due to climate change melting the ice. Polar bears have long been the poster child of the consequences of climate change. A new study now suggests the Arctic species is at risk of being starved into extinction by the end of the century
