- Hello Natalie, so what is it that you need today?
- I have a few important questions for you today.
- So can you explain to me how the reproductive system works
- Certainly, the reproductive sytem isn't that hard to understand. So just listen closely.
- Well two kinds of sex cells, or gametes, are involved. The male gamete and the female gamete, the egg or ovum, meet in the female's reproductive system to create a baby.
- So, how does the reproductive system work?
- Okay, that makes sense. Well then where does the baby grow while in the female?
- When the baby goes through the stages of becoming a zygote, embryo , and finally a fetus the fetus will develop in the uterus
