  • Hi Mohan!
  • Hi Ajay! How are you over here? Come on, let's sit on these chairs and talk.
  • Mohan, have you heard about the new airport being constructed at Jewar?
  • Yes, I saw that news, but I had some other thoughts.
  • What were those thoughts, Mohan?
  • I thought that if airports, buildings, and restaurants like the one we are sitting in can be built in urban areas, why dosn't anybody make these things in rural areas? After all, if we develop rural areas, it can become an urban area.
  • Yes, Mohan. Although there is not much land scarcity in rural areas like villages, there are very less public areas there. Villages have vacant lands without much development too.
  • Exactly! The food which we will eat right now comes from the outcome of the farmers' hard work in their fields. Can't the government help those farmers by developing new technology so that farmers have to do less hard work in growing crops?
  • I agree with you here too. Urban areas have more development in terms of infrastructure and connectivity in airports, ports, railways, housing, roads, etc.
  • Yes. Although the construction of the airport is a great development, there should be even more development in the villages too!
  • Bye!
  • Altogether, the development of the rural areas should be looked more into.
  • Yes, very true. It was nice talking with you, Ajay. Bye!
