Storyboard Text
- Once upon a time, there was a handsome man named, Batara Guru Sahala; he likes to go fishing. One day, he caught a fish and was surprised when he knew that the fish could talk. The fish begged him to set it free; Batara Guru could not bear and let the fish go.
- As soon as Batara Guru Sahala let the fish free it changed into a beautiful woman. They both fell in love and decided to get married. The fish-woman asked Batara Guru to keep her secret, which is she was once a fish. He agreed and promise to tell nobody.
- Oh my! I thought I would never see a handsome man like you. You are the one I've been looking for. Will you take care of me and love me forever?
- I can't believe what I just saw. A fish turns into a Goddess! I think I'm in love with you my beautiful lady.
- The two lived happily in a small wooden house and had two daughters.
- One day, as their daughters play outside their house, the father, Batara Guru got angry at their daughters and wasn't able to control his anger; he shouted and got the word of fish to his daughters. The daughters cried and told their mother.
- You broke your promise to me!
- Their mother got annoyed and mad.; Batara Guru, her husband broke his promise to her. She shouted angrily. The earth began to shake; volcanoes started to erupt. After all the chaos, a part of the land where the two fought formed a big hole and the family is nowhere to be found.
- Years have passed after the event, a big hole that was formed became a lake and now called the Toba Lake.
