- One day, an African American woman named Rosa Parks went to the bus station and boarded a bus to get to her destination.
- You can't sit there!
- Some white people did not like the seat that she chose. They began to tell her to move!
- Ya! That seat is only for white people!
- Oh my goodness what did she just say?!
- Rosa refused to move. She believed she had the right to sit wherever she wanted, no matter the color of her skin! This marked a significant event in Civil Rights history.
- I will not move!
- How dare she!
