- A yacht appears upon the island containing 6 persons after the engine blew
- Good thing we found land and no one is hurt. Let us not panic and focus on finding solutions.
- Minutes Later...
- Look, I think it is Thomas Hobbes! The renowned philosopher! he has assessed the concept of the state of nature. I'm sure he will guide us on the path to making just decisions on the just decisions to make!
- Hobbes does not seem fine right now
- War will start in a just few minutes
- War?? What war?
- You don't know? we have no government and no laws.We will be at war with each other to protect our own self interests. it's the state of nature! Our lives will be filled with nothing but violence if we don't intervene right now!
- Really?? no government does not equal war
- Yes it does ! When we are without laws, we fight for power to protect our own self interest!
