  • One night, William saw a truck pass by in the field it used electricity. he wondered how it worked.He collect garbage from all over to make his windmillWilliam became a scavenger and contrived a DIY windmill. Since there is no word for windmill in his native language, he calls it 'electric wind'. ''A windmill meant more than just power, it was freedom.'' William's remarkable story shows how anyone can achieve great things when they put their mind to it.
