- The climax is when The police arrests him. The mood tenses and makes you cringe. Knowing something good wont happen. Climax He sees the inside of the car, it looks like a deserted hospital-like cell. The pilice start talking about how if he had a wife, he would have an alibi, but he cuts them off, he asks where they are taking him. The air gets tense and cringes again, in a suspenseful way, they are taking him to the Psychiatric Center for Research on Regressive Tendencies.
- The falling action is right after the climax. Right after they say hes going to the Psychiatric Center for Research on Regressive Tendencies, he gives up, and gets inside the car. Falling Action
- The resolution is just at the end of the story, when Leonard is inside the police car Resolution He sees his house, wanting to go back to it, but he does not, the car keeps going towrads is destiantion, eaving the empty streets with the empty side-walks, and no sound and no motion all the rest of the chill November night.
