- God remembered Noah and the ark and let the water begin to recede over the 150 days. So then Noah sent out a raven and a dove.
- There was yet no dry land on the earth for the birds to land. So Noah decided to wait 7 more days before sending out the dove again.
- It was time for everyone to leave the ark. Noah made an offering to the Lord of cattle and fowl.
- Noah sent out the dove two more times. Finally, the dove found a mountaintop without water.
- The dove returned to Noah with an olive branch. He waited another 7 days to send the dove out again, but this time it did not return
- God has been good to us.
- God was pleased by the offering and blessed Noah and his sons. He said he would never again send a flood on the earth, and he told them to be fruitful and multiply--to fill the earth with people again.
