- Penelope is wary of "Odysseus" not knowing whether this is her actual husband.
- Twenty-Four
- There are 13 pear, 10 apple, and 40 fig trees. I am home!
- As Odysseus tells a secret no one knows, Penelope now believes it is really him.
- Resolution
- Why would you kill the finest men of Ithaca?
- The two are reunited but, Odysseus still has to make the offering for Poseidon.

- The suitors was angry at the king as he murdered the next generation soldiers of Ithaca.
- Athena stops the battle and demanded that they make peace.
