- Hugo and Isabelle were hiding from Papa Georges They felt like if they got caught they would be in big trouble. they were in the spare room and decided to look for any clues as to what was going on Hugo and Isabelle felt something had been kept a secret from them, they found a little drawer with a box in it they decided to take it down and take a look at what was in it.
- Suddenly the chair leg snapped and Isabelle felt like she was falling in slow motion Hugo felt he could do nothing to stop her fall. Isabelle fell to the floor and the content of the box flew every where but they were told to stay quiet and they were going to get caught but the box was full of papers.
- The room was full of drawing and papers it was amazing Hugo and Isabelle felt like they were in a wonderland full of drawings but then something that looked familiar flew past Hugo and Isabelle it was the drawing that the Automaton drew. The Man In The Moon with the rocket in his eye.
- Just as they thought they might get away with it Papa Georges Storms through the door to see the floor covered in his work Hugo and Isabelle Were not sure what to do. Papa Georges had a rush of memories that he had not thought about in years and he didn't want to remember them either.
- Papa George, with tears in his eyes picked up a pile of papers and screwed them up he didn't want to remember the years when he was happy and bright. Mama Jeanne stopped hi m from destroying the others. MAma Jeana was scared of losing all the lovely memories of them her and Papa Georges were happy. Hugo and Isabelle felt bad for doing all this.
- Mama Jeanna walked Papa Georges over to bed and they sat down Papa Georges started sobbing, he didn't want to remember. Mam Jeanna didn't like seeing papa Georges this way. Isabelle didn't either but didn't know what to do Hugo felt like the should leave.
