- I could sell it on SMC's Facebook Marketplace...
- But I did get scammed last time I tried to do that...
- I wouldn't feel comfortable meeting with a stranger...

- At home, the student realizes that they have a pile of textbooks they no longer use and need.

- The student begins to ponder ways they could go about selling their textbooks but remembers their negative experience with selling them before and is hesitant. Then the student gets a notification on their phone.
- DROPPING OFF TEXTBOOKS
- I cant believe I made a sale so quickly!

- *PHONE CHIMES*
- The student sees a new post made on SMC's social media. A post of a new app that allows students to sell their educational items safely! The student sees this as an opportunity to try to sell their books again!
- ORDER CONFIRMED!
- A FEW HOURS LATER...
- SMC MARKET
- The student goes through the sign-up process and begins creating a listing. The student chooses SMC DROP OFF as the buyer's delivery option.
- *SIGNS UP*
- SMC DROP OFF
- DELIVERY OPTIONS
- BY MAIL
- MATH TEXTBOOK
- These delivery options are great! I do not have to meet up with strangers no longer.
- Once the buyer purchases the book, the student makes their way to SMC Student Store to drop off their textbooks. The student finds this convenient as they were going to be on campus that day.
- I am glad I chose drop off at SMC as a delivery option, this is so convenient!
- Once the student gets home they receive a notification that addresses the confirmation that the buyer has picked up and approved the textbook!
- YOUR BOOK JUST GOT PICKED UP BY AND APPROVED BY THE BUYER!
