- Personal finance is a term that covers managing your money and saving and investing
- Oh I think I have heard of this before. Doesn't it have to do with Credit?
- Yes it is. Credit is the ability of a customer to obtain goods; a loan
- Oh yea. Doesn't Budget have to do with personal finance? I think it means an estimate of income and expenditure for a set period of time
- Nice! I think you understand it now. One of the most important things to know about personal finance is Financial Decisions
- Oh that makes sense because financial decision is making smart choices when using money and personal finance is all about managing your income
- Yea your right. I think you totally understand now.
- Oh. I just remembered It isn't good to do something called overdraw which means to draw money from one's bank account in excess of what the account holds.
