- The population of birds have differences in their feather colors and shape of beak, each of them have adapted to different environments.
- Overproduction occurs because of how many birds there are, more are born than will live to become adults.
- The birds traits are different and there is variation between the species of birds, some traits are more useful than other traits. the varied traits and competition for resources is a results of environmental pressures.
- The birds are able to pass on favorable traits by successful reproduction, better adapted organisms are more likely to survive and reproduce
- The red and grey bird is lighter colored and has a beak used to eat big food which aren´t as available to their environment
- An essential part of how natural selection occurs is evolution, which is when an organism changes over time.
- The grey and black birds are able to blend in their enviorment because of the color of their feathers they alos have long beaks used to eat the small food around the area making them more likely to survive.
- Because of how the grey and black bird evolved to be a better adapted organism they are able to beat the competition for resources and can better survive and reproduce there are less grey and red birds in population do to natural selection.
