- Layla is very upset now, has left the cafe´and is heading to her car.
- I can't believe it! "Five minutes" she says and is late again!
- Sarah arrives and runs toward her friend before she gets in.
- Layla! Wait! I can explain! I'm sorry!
- Hmph!
- Do I say that I was actually at a party? I'm not lying right?I'm just not telling the entire truth.
- I'm so sorry Layla. I was caught in trafic but hurried as soon as it cleared up.
- I see. You could have given me a heads up at least.
- Layla gives in and lets her friend give an explanation.
- If I come clean, will she forgive me this time?
- Layla starts to doubt whether Sarah is telling the truth.
- Please believe me.
- I'm not sure Sarah. You have lied to me before and I don't know if I trust you as much anymore.
- Is she telling the truth? She has lied to me in the past.
- Sarah finally decides to come clean and tell the whole truth.
- Layla, I am so sorry for not meeting at the time we agreed on today. The truth is, I was at a party instead and forgot about us meeting up. I hope you forgive me.
- Sarah, I am thankful that you told me the truth. I don't like why you lied to me again. However, I can tell that you are truly sorry.
- Layla decides whether to forgive her friend or not.
- I understand. I hope you have a good night Layla.
