- The wheel.
- The Euphrates river played an important part in Mesopotamian history. It provided water for crops so their food supply wouldn't die. Because of that river and food supply they began to form a surplus of crops. A surplus means more than enough.

- The Mesopotamians were polytheistic which means they believed in many gods. They believed in gods like the sun god. They also believed that the gods controlled natural disasters.
- E
- Some achievements are the wheel,the plow, the irrigation system, writing,and laws. These things were achievements because it made life easier. They also had wagons, and chariots. They used animals to pull the objects. Which lead to animal domestication. They found out that they could domesticate animals for food and to pull machinery.

- The Mesopotamians had kings and empires. Or monarchy's and empires. A monarchy is one king one city- state. An empire is one emperor many city-states.
- Food surpluses lead to trading, which lead to making way more money. They also traded services. They could trade services because people began to specialize in different jobs. That is how we are where we are today in this time and age.
- They had the poor middle class and the rich. The poor were beggars and people who had no money. Middle class where like traders and priests. The rich where considered superior like kings and royal family.
