- Hi my name is Carlo and today I'am going to teach us how to do brownies
- Now we will mix all the ingredients, if you mix too much if it creates gluten, be careful
- the dry ingredients are: 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of cocoa and 1/2 tablespood of salt
- The first thing we will do is sift the dry ingredients, if you do not do this step the dough will come out lumpy
- Now we will melt the butter and chocolate, this mixture burn if you are not careful
- the portions are: 120gr of butter and 180gr of chocolate
- Finally base the mixture on a tray and bake at 180 degrees by 20 minutes, if you leave more time in the oven the brownies will burn
