- First hour: Updates from the Asia EXCO on sales, product roadmap, people matters, financial health
- In the next 1hr, all employees attend the breakout rooms of their choice to give feedback on a specific topic

- After this, the employees have 15 mins to view all the feedback boards and decide which area they want to participate in
- Farah joins the room to discuss about how to improve the accuracy in financial forecasting. Here she meets Jai, a Data Analyst in India and Jabari, a System Engineer in China. They come up with an idea to automate the forecasting using predictive analytics
- The forum allows them to form a project team, each of them can dedicate 16 working hours per month to work on this project.
- The project team is assigned a coach - Akira, Data Director, Asia. She would catch up with the team on monthly basis to see how they're doing, provide feedback and also relevant points of contact
- After 4 months working together, the team launches the new analytics tool and is invited back to the forum to share their learning and experience.
