- Soon after, Jesus was nailed to the cross, beaten up and just so the Jewish police could make fun of him, they made a crown of sharp thorns, and finally, one of the mean soldiers went and slashed the side of his stomach with a sword. Alongside Jesus' crucifixion were Gestas and Dismas.
- After Jesus was killed on the cross, his family and disciples were deeply sad, they mourned and cried, but In this state of mind, the disciples forgot that Jesus had told them beforehand about His rejection, death, burial and resurrection in Jerusalem
- Jesus' last days went as followed, the Last Supper, where Jesus and the disciples share a last meal together , his torture in the Garden, his betrayal by Judas and finally he was arrested by Jewish officials and Pilate (the man who wanted Jesus to die).
- Mary and Mary go to put spices in the tomb that Jesus was put in, when an angel appeared and told them that Jesus was ALIVE!! So they hurried to go let Jesus' disciples know what had happened.
- They were all so overwhelmed to see Jesus standing there and talking to them in person. Because they all thought he was dead, they were very confused, until Jesus explained what had happened.
- Jesus' death and resurrection was very significant to all Christians because according to the Bible, Jesus' death was a sacrifice for the sins of others, but his resurrection represents something different, something even more powerful; the potential for rebirth, salvation, and renewal of faith, and how it's possible for all who have faith, and believe.
