- Introduction: Hello my name is Masonryvilla and with me are Te Ararau and Karirikura which are professionals at the game, basketball. And in this video we will be showing you how to shoot a basketball into a hoop. And will show some skills that they have afterwards.

- Te Ararau with the B.E.E.F technique, first step is Balance and to make sure that you don't fall over, second step is Elbow position make sure that your elbow is facing the hoop, third step is Eyes on target make sure to look at the rim when shooting the ball, fourth step is Follow through generate power with your legs and shoot the ball.

- Now that they have shown how to shoot a basketball into the hoop they will now show some skills that they have right now with a little one vs one
- Te Ararau with the ball tryna get a bucket and is really good at handling te ball but Karirikura is determined to make sure that Te Ararau does not get past him and not get the bucket
- Te Ararau has the ball and he is trying to take his ankles but Karirikura is quick to see through the handing and steals the ball from Te Ararau's grip, he then runs to the basket to do a layup .
