- Id:I want both the Chocolate Lava Cake and the cookie Ice Cream for dessert.
- Superego:I should not get ay dessert because all of my options are very unhealthy.

- In this scenario here we see myself walking not walking across the designated cross walk and my mom disappointed in the back. This is because I am the youngest of three children and Adler represents the youngest children as those who most likely disobey rules or power.
- How Bandura Sees Me
- Everyone probably noticed how wrinkled my shirt is.
- In this scenario I am at a restaurant where I really want to get these two desserts, but I know that I should not get a dessert because of how unhealthy it is. So, I compromise with my ego and decide to just get one,
- How Rogers Sees Me
- That really stinks man. I am so sorry.
- My girlfriend broke up with me!
- Out of the big five traits the one that applies to me the most is neuroticism. This is because I show my anxiety a lot and I easily convey my emotions.
- How Eysenck Sees Me
- I will watch this show all day!
- This scene is showing the spotlight effect because in my head I am worried people notice my shirt being wrinkled. Though in reality very few if any one noticed that my shirt was wrinkled.
- Carl Rogers believed in empathy and how one mirrors another person's feelings. In this scenario one of my friends is going through a rough patch and to empathize with him I also feel sad.
- I see myself as an introvert and Eysenck explains that this is because my normal brain arousal is low. So, watching a show all day is plenty of stimulation for my brain.
