  • Basically, it's how well you know yourself, and how that helps you to have better relationships. This is SUPER helpful if you want to make it to the top in your new job!

  • You start with self-awareness. This is done through an analysis of your: behavior, modes of acting and interacting, personality, etc. Knowing these things can help you better yourself, and better communicate and connect with others.

  • Well, you can also learn a lot about yourself from others' perceptions of you. You can gather this info and more through self-disclosure, where you are really letting people get to know you and working hard to get to know others. This allows you to build trust.
  • OCEAN is a great way to remember how to connect with people and stand out. You must be open, conscientious, extroverted, agreeable, and lack neuroticism.To best lead a group, determine your assumptions and expectations of others. That way, you can create more personalized, achievable goals for everyone, including yourself.
