Hey! Did you remember that our science lesson for today is about Motion?
Really? I didn't know that.
Of course, no. Why woul I forgot that, you silly.
Physics
I know, I know.
Shaira! You better hurry or we gotta be late for our class!
They run and run until they arrive in their class.
I'm sorry, okay? Now, we gotta run faster.
*Ring bells
I already told you to hurry!
CH-1MOTION
Physics
Good morning class. For today's lesson, is about Motion. I believe that I told you to make an advance reading for that.
After explaining what DISTANCE is all about, Mrs. Tiangson shows what DISPLACEMENT is about.
CH-1MOTTION
Distance is the actual length covered by an object. It is a scalar quantity as it only has magnitude. The SI Unit of distance is meter (m).
Now, who can tell me what is Distance... Daryl, can you stand up and tell to the class.
Yes you are right Darry! Now lets learn about displacement. DISPLACEMENT is the shortest path travelled by an object. It is a vector quantity. It has both magnitude as well as direction. Its SI Unit is also metre (m).
Okay everyone study the topics we have learnt today. In the next class Ms.Miller will continue the lesson. Bye children.
velocity(m/s)
After Mrs. Tiangson finishes her explanation, the class ends.
