- we were wrong by not being transparent and yes things will get back to normal
- employees should be paid hours they will be working and you hollard should change their working schedule to keep everyone employed
- we happy with the decision taken and will let others know and thank you
- we negotiated with management and that y'all will get paid and keep your work benefits
- the management agreed to meet up with the union to discuss the matter at hand, the management was not happy but they had to reach solution but first they explained why things are happening this way
- we still cannot believe everything got resolved without conflict
- we just happy that things will change and will get better treatment
- the union came up with solution that the employees should get paid all the hours they working since hours changed and no longer the same but the benefits of the agreed contract stay the same
- will like to apologise on behalf of the management
- after the meeting the union called their union members and updated them about how they will get paid so that they can prevent closing down of branch and that there will be no one getting threats anymore

- thats advantage of being a union member and us being united
- the management is apologizing on her past behaviour and explaining to employees how will they work so that when its paid day everyone gets a fair salary and just being transparent to her employees
- workers are happy and they have gone back to work without having causing conflict (strike)
