All matter is made from just over 100 different types of atoms, which when combined, can make millions of different substances. These types of atoms are known as elements. These activities are designed to make it fun and easy for students to master the periodic table with the help of visual aids.
Visual projects, posters, and infographics will go a long way in helping your students understand the material and enjoy learning as they go! It's become essential to include visual aids in lessons.
Create an element facts infographic! Students can research various aspects of a chosen element and present their information in a fun, clear, and exciting way!

Properties, Uses, & Fun Facts
Aluminum Ore is known as bauxite. Electrolysis is used in the purification of aluminum. It is the second most abundant metallic element in the Earth's crust after silicon. The metal was first extracted by Hans Christian Ørsted in 1825. Aluminum has a low density and is a good conductor of electricity. Not very reactive due to the thin layer of aluminum oxide commonly found on the surface. Aluminum is commonly used in planes, soda cans, and of course, aluminum foil.
