- These satellites would establish a precedent for "freedom of space" and we'd be able to conduct flyovers without permission or negative consequences. The Committee urges you to consider this.
- I can't believe the Soviets rejected my Open Skies proposal. I thought it would work and we'd be able to learn more about their Soviet arms. We need to come up with another way to gather intelligence.
- Hmm, seems like an idea worth trying. If this ends up being successful, we'll be at a great advantage. I'll announce at the next conference we're working on a scientific satellite., we must keep the rest top-secret. You must get to work quickly, there's no time to waste,.

- What an incredible feat for Russia in the Space Race. The satellite Sputnik 1 was successfully launched into orbit. Could you tell us a bit about this accomplishment and any future plans?

What we've accomplished will go down in history. Not only were we able to reach orbit, we also managed to gather useful scientific data. We will continue advancing along!
