- One sunny morning, Jerry and his cousins, Mike and Jolly, were out playing tag.
- Suddenly, Jerry stumbled and started to cry loudly.
- Don't you worry Jerry. It wouldn't take a while to heal that wound. It's all because of mitosis.
- Jerry, stop your whining. I'm pretty sure that wound isn't really deep,
- Mitosis is the process in which our cells will split into two identical cells. However, it is just a part of the cell division process, the other being, interphase. Mitosis is the reason why we grow and why our wounds heal overtime. It replaces our damaged cells with new cells.
- Now we should go wash that wounded area first and put some band aid to stop the bleeding.
- Bye guys I need to go now, Mom is calling me. You'll be fine Jerry.
- Jerry and his cousins went home and rested.
