The Cyclops
Storyboard Text
- Odysseus and his strongest men went on a journey in search of the cyclops. They wait in a cave for the cyclops.
- The cyclops came from grazing his sheep to see Odysseus, so he asked, "Who are you?" and blocked the entrance with a large boulder.
- Odysseus told who they were and where their from, but he lied that his ship was destroyed. The cyclops then ate two of his men.
- Odysseus had a plan to escape, so he lied saying his name was Nohbdy, and gave the Cyclops wine that made him unconscious. He sharpened wood and took the Cyclop's eye when he slept.
- Odysseus and his men hide under the sheep before they went outside to go to their boat. The sheeps went out when the Cyclops let them out for grazing.
- Odysseus and the remaining men escaped and taunted the Cyclops making him curse out to Poseidon, the ocean god.The End
