- Thank you for doing the dishes and feeding the kids! I am off to find a new job because we need the money.
- Later that Day...
- Breaking News! The Stock Market has crashed. This has caused major declines in major industries like construction and the automobile industry. Additionally, banks have gone bankrupt and many citizens are in falling into major debt. Great Britain is now refusing to trade with the United States as there are high tariffs to gain back our lost money. What will come of this country?
- I just want to feed my family!
- Haven't you heard? The economy is failing! Only the elite and experienced superiors can get jobs, especially here.
- You got the Job! With the banking industry collapsing, you seem like a great candidate to help bring relief to this problem.
- How are we gonna feed our kids? Or pay for their education? Or pay our bills? What are we gonna do?
- This great depression is the fault of the people. You caused it, and you can fix it. We must stay thrifty, and if we do, then the economy will naturally fix itself. Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.
